Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders placed on iLOLA Online Shop are prepared by our iLOLA team and delivered by FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 1pm (PST) will not begin processing until the next business day. If you place your order after 1pm (PST) on a Friday, your order will be processed the following week.

Orders under $100: $9.99 Flat Rate
Orders over $100: Free Shipping

Shipping Times

Expected time to process and ship orders is 7-10 business days. Please note that Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

iLOLA support is available weekdays 9am-5pm (PST) at support@ilolatea.ca.
We do our very best to respond to support emails within 2 business days. We are not a “big business”. We are a small, family business that strives to give you the best experience in tea and that includes getting back to you in a timely manner.

Return Policy

At iLOLA we believe every moment matters. Tea should be the excellent experience that you deserve. Life is too short for mediocre experiences. We believe in experiences so much that we will accept not only our tea….but any tea that you have purchased from anywhere that you are not happy with. We will journey with you and create personalized iLOLA tea discs that we will send to you free of charge.

Returning an iLOLA Purchase

Contact us to receive instructions on returning your eligible tea products. 
Please indicate the items and quantities to be returned, your first and last name, mailing address, order number, phone number and email address.

Should you choose not to use the return label, shipping will be at your expense.
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable items.

Returning Tea Purchased Elsewhere

Contact us to receive instructions on returning your eligible tea products.
Please indicate the items and quantities that you purchased and are not happy with. Please provide your first and last name, mailing address, phone number and email address. Free shipping will not be provided for this step. 

If you have proof of purchase, please include that in your communication. It will be considered for the amount credited to your iLOLA account. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full credit of your purchase price, however, our goal is to ensure that you have an exceptional tea experience moving forward.

Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable items.

We will send you a short survey to help us create 3 personalized iLOLA Tea Discs for you to sample. Only 1 shipment with 3 flavours can be sent out at this time. We will ship the 3 samples in one package to you at no charge.

A credit will be deposited into your iLOLA account. Simply choose your favourite Tea Discs, log into your account and use your credit to purchase the tea that you loved.

Missing or Damaged Products:

If your item is missing or damaged, please reach out to support@ilolatea.ca so we can immediately rectify this issue.
